Prepare to see "boat-programming" (http://www.mattmcdole.com/boat/) make a reappearance on stackoverflow.

I'm getting a second yacht before Jeff tells me I'm behind the times.

'Patrick' on Fri, 07 May 2010 13:56:27 GMT, sez:

Sounds like there's an exponential growth formula (that's what she said..hur) in relation to time, money, and monitors for Jeff.

Time to make the "World's Simplest Atwood Monitor Predictor Calculator"

@Patrick

Like many of these things, I doubt it's a true "exponential" curve.

Once the number of monitors per yacht is equivalent to the total number of ocular receptors in Jeff's eyeballs, I would expect it to flatten out considerably.

I mean, come on: no one would accuse him of being megalomaniacal. Particularly since that word is so heavily patent-encumbered by Apple.

Nailed it :)

Once he has the monitor wall from The Dark Knight he will probably be happy... for a while.

Every developer needs neural interface with USB port. Then PCIe.

It is all coming to pass, exactly as you said it would.
