Yet Another Outlook Rule
Over-use of the company email by certain employees has led to the need for yet another Outlook rule. I've got thirty-seven and a half rules like this now.
'Steve in Korea' on Wed, 25 Aug 2004 00:41:49 GMT, sez: My two rules:
Any internal email that's addressed to an "ALL" list (company-all, department-all, division-all, building1-all, etc.) is tossed in the junk mail folder.
Any inbound email that contains "/cgi-bin/" is deleted (90% of my spam).

"My voice mailbox is full, and my spam filter rejects all incoming e-mail. As soon as I build up a good load of ear wax, I'll be off the grid."
