Dirty Plagiarist
They say that plagiarism is the sincerest form of flattery. And I'm a little flattered that I've been plagiarised, but mostly I'm just annoyed.
Update (30 June 2004, 13:00)
Fengzhimei has apologised for this so I retract the following harsh words. I'm certain he will give credit in future, and his blog will be a good one as a result.
Some dirty pretender named Fengzhimei has nicked the guts of a .net Remoting article i wrote around christmas last year and hasn't given any credit at all. The examples have been converted into C#, yes, but the words are stolen. Although his blog *looks* quite interesting, I now assume that all of his material is stolen from other sources. Cheap and nasty stuff.
I don't want to give him the google juice, but here's a link to the stolen material.
Blogging while angry is a big no-no. Hopefully I won't regret this entry later. Time will tell.

'blameMike' on Thu, 29 Jul 2004 23:35:28 GMT, sez: That shit ain't cool! Pretty artizculate huh?
'secretGeek' on Thu, 29 Jul 2004 23:56:42 GMT, sez: cheers Mike and Avonelle...
the article has been taken down now!
the comment "The entry could not be found or has been removed" is in its place.
hmm...

It seems to me that you are doing this quite a bit on your site. The article you have posted regarding scroll position on an ASP.NET page is also on this blog here:
http://blog.csdn.net/hzzmf/archive/2004/07/04/33521.aspx
And this article on interviewing also appeared here:

I'm sorry, but in my opinion, this is not a language issue, since you can clearly write enough english to make yourself understood. Instead, it is sloppiness or a deliberate attempt to mislead. All you need to do is put a link at the top or the bottom of your posting with a reference to where you found the material, indicating the name of the author. You certainly have provided a link to the source material, even without the name of the author, Because you haven't done that, it looks as though you wrote it.
I suggest that you update your posts to reflect the source of your items, if you genuinely regret this oversight.
'secretGeek' on Fri, 30 Jul 2004 00:40:41 GMT, sez: That's a good response Fengzhimei, i fully accept what you've said -- and I hope that I can undo any damage I have in turn caused you.
I really like the fact that you've provided the examples in C#, so I'm very happy for you to paste up the article again, as long as you:
(1) give credit for where you got it from (i.e. link to my article somewhere near the start)
(2) point out that the wording isn't your own
(3) make specific mention of the fact that you've converted the examples to C#
(4) tell readers where to get the VB.net examples.
(5) accept my apology for any negative energy i may have sent your way this morning!
i won't alter the words on this page -- but i'll provide a prominent "updated" note at the top of the page, so people don't get the wrong idea about you.
is that cool?
'fengzhimei' on Fri, 30 Jul 2004 01:19:19 GMT, sez: @To all:
thanks for your advise,I'll update my post as soon as possible.
@Avonelle Lovhaug:
you have misunderstood me,this article(http://blog.csdn.net/hzzmf/archive/2004/07/04/33521.aspx) was copied from my blog:)

Oh good, I'm glad to learn that. Unfortunately, I drew the wrong conclusion on that one because of the other postings. But I apologize for jumping to the wrong conclusion.
